Kathy McLaughlin acts as business advisor, facilitator and executive coach to private companies, family businesses, public sector and not for profit organizations. Her areas of specialty include strategic planning, corporate governance, leadership and organizational development, succession planning, management assessment, executive recruitment and executive coaching. Kathy is a graduate of UBC (BA Honours English), and an alumnus of the executive education programs at Ivey School of Business, Royal Roads and UBC Sauder School of Business.
