She takes the time to fully understand the context of the role within your business and sector to ensure she finds the best candidates for your unique needs. Building her expertise in search as a Recruiter for Odgers Executive Search (now Boyden Canada), Vancity and McLaughlin & Associates, Nancy has recruited top level executives for a wide variety of businesses, from Fortune 500s to Crown Corporations, Government, Private Family Enterprise and Not-for-Profit organizations.

 

Nancy served on the Board of Directors for the West Vancouver Tennis Club for 9 years, and volunteers in the kitchen at Covenant House, a sanctuary and service provider for at-risk youth in Vancouver.

Nancy attained her Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC, and a Diploma of Technology in Broadcast Journalism from BCIT.
