She also supports individuals going through career transitions, seeking to move in a new direction, or facing health challenges. She brings experience and knowledge gained through a 20-year career as a senior executive in retail, technology and professional services organizations, combined with a decade of experience in executive search and management consulting. Known for her infectious optimism, Kathy draws on a profound belief in the strength of the human spirit, honed through her life-threatening personal health journey.
