Tracy Josling
Tracy brings more than 25 years of experience in talent acquisition to the McLaughlin team. Her client experience spans several continents and includes private and public companies and not for profit organizations of many sizes and stages. Her search practice includes deep experience in senior HR roles and senior technology roles, the technology sector, health care and general business. Tracy has also held senior HR positions in organizations in North America and China.
Tracy has been immersed in and delivered results within many cultures. She has been a key contributor on client leadership teams for global search firms including Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry in Vancouver, Toronto, the US, the UK, Europe, and Asia. She has led founder/CEO, Board, COO, CHRO, CTO/CIO leadership recruiting assignments locally and globally. Clients include BC Cancer Foundation, City of Vancouver, Vancity, Google, Cisco, Bell Mobility, and WorldLine.
Tracy places, integrates and supports exceptional leaders for socially conscious clients and growth-led organizations. Now based on Vancouver Island, Tracy lives in Victoria, with her young daughter and extended family.
